Recently I inquired about the filters at the management office and was told they will replace them with a request from owner (because they are of an odd shape), currently at no charge, but the Association may decide to charge in the future. We've been in our unit since December and realized there was no notice of the filters having been changed yet, and was informed that there is no regular schedule set up and no regular maintenane provided. Has anyone had a "service call for regular maintenance" yet? Do we need it? Fan coils and baseboard heaters are new territory for us! |
